helpful staff waterfront park unlimited water dated room street noise air conditioning unit

the staff at the front desk was helpful. My room had a nice view of the waterfont park. I found unlimited water provided, a great feature..

the room design seemed dated. Street noise was very noticeable from the room. The air conditioning unit made too much noise during operation.

easy access restaurant staff bus stop

The location offered very easy access to Canada Place. The staff at the restaurant showed excellent service. A Hop on Hop off bus stop was conveniently located near the hotel.

The underground parking was expensive.

The gym area is spacious. It is also well equipped. The room offered a view of the water. They stored my luggage prior to my check in date.

The door to the bathroom was an old wood slider. It seemed rusty. I had to push really hard to get it to close. It made a loud screechy noise.

bike rental delicious food

the bike rental was convenient. the restaurant food was really delicious. the harbour views were gorgeous! i loved the pool and hot tub.

the internet service felt slow. it was easier to go to the nearby a & w or tim horton's for reliable internet.
