Really good service and super clean room
hotel tour friendly intern super clean room professional service
I received a kind tour of the hotel upon arrival, given by a friendly intern before my room was ready. During check-in, Tessa came to my room with me and explained all the amenities. She was friendly. The room itself was super clean. Every service area felt warm and very professional.
Everything was just as expected. Nothing were great.

The hotel is conveniently near a shopping area and many restaurants. Its central location provides easy access to various city attractions. There are several high-end boutiques and cafes just a short walk away, too. Public transportation links are readily accessible.

mixed experience, breakfast quality is concerning
slow service disorganized staff
the breakfast service proved quite slow. i waited an unreasonable amount of time for hot items and coffee. the staff seemed overwhelmed and disorganized. This detracted significantly from my morning. a better system for managing breakfast orders is necessary.

friendly staff excellent customer service perfect amenities
the staff was very nice, from the bar to the grill. it was one of the best days of customer service i ever experienced. the stay included perfect amenities and an upgraded suite i booked with butler service.
the price felt too high.

i stayed in a beautiful queen room lake view, and it had stylish furnishings. the room included a sitting area perfect. the bedroom was clean and well appointed with high end finishes.

the hotel had three restaurants, which accommodated varied tastes. i enjoyed innovative food at nikkei nine. the breakfast had a beautiful setting and displayed excellent quality, ensuring a great start to the day.

the hotel faces lake alster, viewed through large windows in the lounge. the hotel is near restaurants and the ubahn. several local sites are within easy reach. i appreciated the central placement.
