the location was acceptable, everything seemed to be in a walkable distance. i suppose that's a plus.

The room wasn't very clean. i found a previous guest's sock under the bed. It really was quite disgusting. i expect better hygiene from a hotel of this supposed caliber.

the location was awesome, close to key spots.. the breakfast buffet also stood out, a good spread with attentive staff throughout the building. i found the staff very attentive..

I found the mattress too firm. the pillows flattened easily, they became almost useless after a bit.. the bar prices seemed high to me. I considered finding drinks elsewhere.

the hotel porter was SUPER helpful with my luggage. my room was clean and tidy. i appreciated that the rooms were close to each other, made things easier for the family.

the a/c did not work as expected. i had to spend A LOT of time asking the staff to fix it. after some time, they moved me to a nicer suite since there were no other rooms available.

the location was amazing, very close to the city center and transport links. the view was nice. the breakfast was very good, it had a lot of choices.

check-in involved a queue for twenty minutes, the same for checkout. i found this unacceptable for a hotel of this rating. the minibar was empty on arrival, after paying a considerable amount for the room.. i considered this ridiculous.
