grateful stay in a superior room
park location pool view comfortable bed
i was grateful for the location near stanley park. my superior guest room had garden and pool views. i appreciated the free bikes for exploring the area, and i especially liked the comfortable bed. thanks to the helpful staff, my check-in was quick and easy.
i noticed the elevators were a bit slow during peak hours.

the h2 restaurant offers delicious meals with an outdoor dome available. breakfast includes fresh options. limited dinner options are available in the garden restaurant, but the quality is good.

the staff was courteous and helpful. eva provided excellent customer service assisting with the bicycles. thomas and caio were great at the front desk. they addressed all my questions.

faulty door water leakage
I was pretty annoyed that the bathroom door didn't close properly. It was a real struggle. water also leaked from the shower all over the floor, a constant hazard. there weren't any outlets near the bed, a real inconvenience for charging my devices at night. i felt misled, especially since i paid a lot, and these basic things were not up to par. I expect better for that price.

Lovely stay with harbor views
harbor view floor-to-ceiling windows cozy room
I stayed here for four nights and got a room with harbor views. The floor-to-ceiling windows in my Premium Double Room gave a fabulous view. The room had cozy vibes and was very super clean. Breakfast had many options from green salad to muesli and from salmon to pudding.
I found the check-in desk to be impersonal. It was like a holiday camp at times because everyone seemed to be heading on cruises. It would be better if there was a more personal check-in experience.

I found the room service to be delicious and prompt, and the food arrived hot. There were various choices on the menuwith appetizers, entrees, and desserts. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet each morning and liked the selection of different options.

The front desk was professional, and the bellhops were helpful. The staff were attentive to my needs. I needed an item fixed and the duty manager helped and fixed it and delivered to my meeting room in under an hour.

The pool was heated and excellent. There was an indoor pool area too. I found the gardens and spa to be on hotel. There were waking and bike paths around the hotel, which I enjoyed.

This location is close to Canada Place. Stanley Park is nearby too. It is a short cab ride to the central business district. The hotel is near the waterfront, ideal.

Acceptable stay with minor drawbacks
marina view comfortable bed convenient transportation crowded elevator dim lighting humid closet
I enjoyed the marina view from my Premium Double Room. The beds were comfortable. The taxi stand located on-site was convenient for transportation (I used it several times).
The elevators seemed old and were often crowded. The room lighting was dim, and it was difficult to see well at night. There was very little space to hang clothes. The closet inside the bathroom had no door, which caused my clothes to get humid.
