underwhelming stay , surprisingly
empty minibar awkward shower
the minibar was empty , save for some leftover food, i guess. the shower seemed intent on attacking me , its position made it almost impossible to use comfortably , not what one expects. the temperature in the room was also difficult to regulate , i couldn't seem to adjust the heating at all , so it was either too hot or too cold , a constant battle.

breakfast buffet efficient service central location
the breakfast buffet offered many choices. i saw staff quickly clearing tables, a service i appreciated. the hotel's location made it easy to reach tourist sites. i found the proximity to shops, trams, and restaurants especially helpful.
the hotel didn't offer help with suitcases. i found this surprising, especially considering its five-star rating. the experience didn't entirely align with my expectations for this hotel category.

ginger shots clean shower room broken espresso machine drafty window
the breakfast offered many options. there were also ginger shots available, i found this helpful. the shower room was also very nice and clean.
The machine to make espresso did not work. the heating system was on, but i had no way to adjust it. the window let in drafts. I needed to adjust the heat. but i could not.

air conditioning cold drinks friendly staff great selection
the location was perfect, and i found the staff quite friendly. my room included air conditioning and a fridge. breakfast had a great selection of foods, including options for vegetarians and vegans.
i found the pillows in the room were too soft, and i didn't find them comfortable.
