I found the location quite convenient for visiting nearby attractions. The Jerónimos monastery, the cultural center, and the pastry shop were all within easy reach. the room was spacious. IT included a nice park and river view. the staff was friendly, and i liked the modern looking rooms.

The hotel is well-situated. It provides close proximity to historical sites. public transportation is conveniently accessible, with tram and bus stops only steps away. it is a great location. the area is safe.

The reception staff was helpful . They gave helpful recommendations. the manager was very kind. i felt safe , especially considering i was travelling solo. communication was easy.

The location was good. The monastery was very close.
The bathroom door looked ready TO COLLAPSE. the room felt NOISY. I could hear whispers from the adjacent room. This WAS disappointing.

the location was excellent it was near the tower. the room had a fridge and a microwave which was helpful. pedro were very good too help us with our return trip. i thought the hotel was amazing.
the room was not soundproof so i could hear noise from the hallway. i woke up multiple times as people passed by. it was difficult to nap because i could hear conversations from people checking in.

the hotel offered extra amenities we did not expect. these included a fridge microwave table and chairs. it enhanced the comfort of our visit and made simple meal preparation easy.
