some issues affected my stay

slow room serviceexcessive minibar prices

the room temperature was a real problem i wanted it cooler but nothing changed it stayed too warm i did not sleep well because of this room service was also slow and unresponsive i asked for things that never arrived the minibar prices also felt excessive.
