the location was acceptable.
The front desk service was poor. i found the staff unhelpful and slow to respond to requests. additionally, the room lacked soundproofing. I could hear street noise late into the night, and it disrupted my sleep, this was a significant inconvenience.

The location was REALLY great. I could see the Empire State Building from my room. It was gorgeous! The staff was very friendly and cute every day. I found the daily tours offered to be a lovely touch.
My stay information disappeared from my Bonvoy App. I have not yet received points or night stay credits for my stay. It is such a hassle. It makes me not want to stay here again to avoid the issue.
