Convenient Stay Close to Attractions

The location is close to many landmarks. Penn station, the Empire State Building, and Times Square are easily accessible. The room and bed were cleaned daily. Coffee bags, creamer, and sugar were restocked along with an ice bucket, ironing board and safe.
The A/C unit was very loud. Good earplugs are a must. The elevator service was slow. Waiting times could reach twenty minutes! Only two elevators were functioning for a thirty-two-story building.

The breakfast included sausage patties, scrambled eggs, and waffles. The staff kept everything well-stocked! An ice machine and vending machine are available to use throughout the day.

The room had a fridge for storing drinks and snacks. The safe in the room added a layer of security for valuables, it was quite helpful. A good shower was available for use.

the hotel location is convenient near the port authority bus station, and the subway is just around the corner! i loved that times square and the empire state building were within walking distance. the staff was friendly and helpful, especially the front desk employees, anthony, keren, andrise, ivan, malik, ciara, alejandra, sarita , and jalissa.
the disposable plates and cutlery at breakfast felt a bit wasteful.

the hotel provides easy access to public transportation with the bus station just opposite and a subway station around the corner. the elevators are available for accessing different floors in the building.

the front desk employees were friendly and provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants. teresa, irma, and diomarys were at breakfast, they even got oak milk for my coffee! the staff really takes care of all requests.

the breakfast includes options like eggs and waffles, also offering vegetarian food choices. the breakfast seating area is kept very clean by the staff! the managers helped with my pizza delivery.

The location is excellent. It allows quick access to major attractions. The breakfast offered fresh fruit, various breads, and a waffle maker. I found it very satisfying. The staff members were friendly. They provided prompt and courteous service.
