Really good Staff and Super clean Premises
friendly staffamazing foodfaulty air conditioning
The staff was genuinely friendly and cute. I particularly appreciated the cleanliness throughout the entire hotel (everything smelled fresh!). The food was very nice with amazing choices for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Jesus cooked great fish at lunchtime each day.
The air conditioning in my room was not working. I had to sleep with the door open. This resulted in several mosquito bites each night.

The room was beautifully clean and the daily housekeeping kept it super clean. The design with the bed throws was a lovely touch.

The hotel is located near the sea. There is a ferry nearby, providing convenient transportation around the island. The immediate area is peaceful and quiet, ideal for a tranquil vacation.

The food selection at both breakfast and dinner was varied and delicious. Fresh fish was available at lunchtime (cooked by Jesus). The restaurant staff provided amazing and friendly service during each meal.

The staff members were very great. They were always smiling and happy to help with any requests. Maria, Carmen, Bara, Raul, Christian, and Daniella all stood out for their really good service.

the hotel location is convenient to a nice beach nearby. i found tasty and varied food in the buffet each day. the grounds are immaculate and well kept.
