Underwhelming service at a high price
integrated architecturepoorly trained staff
The architecture integrated well with the surroundings.
The service was disappointing, especially since it positions itself as a luxury destination. I found the staff to be poorly trained and often seemed overwhelmed. It took a long time to get our bags, and they even misplaced my car for almost an hour one day.

The service was spotty. I expected better attention at this price point. also, the room wasn't properly cleaned one day. i had to call twice, and it took until evening for them to finally send someone (it wasn't what i expected).

beautiful roompoor communicationbad experience
the architecture integrates with the environment. the location sits above an unspoiled bay. gardens are manicured. breakfast in a beautiful room included many healthy choices with good quality products.
the staff does not meet expectations for a 5 star hotel. communication between staff and guests needs improvement. the app is not managed effectively. requests were forgotten and i had a bad experience when they made us leave due to overbooking. there lack of compensation left me frustrated.
