Underwhelming service at a high price
The architecture integrated well with the surroundings.
The service was disappointing, especially since it positions itself as a luxury destination. I found the staff to be poorly trained and often seemed overwhelmed. It took a long time to get our bags, and they even misplaced my car for almost an hour one day.

spotty service unclean room
The service was spotty. I expected better attention at this price point. also, the room wasn't properly cleaned one day. i had to call twice, and it took until evening for them to finally send someone (it wasn't what i expected).

The cliff top location is gorgeous. stylish decor enhanced my stay. the rose bar exceeded my expectations. Christina designed a bespoke program, it met my needs perfectly. the energy session with judith was powerful.

poor communication bad experience
the architecture integrates with the environment. the location sits above an unspoiled bay. gardens are manicured. breakfast in a beautiful room included many healthy choices with good quality products.
the staff does not meet expectations for a 5 star hotel. communication between staff and guests needs improvement. the app is not managed effectively. requests were forgotten and i had a bad experience when they made us leave due to overbooking. there lack of compensation left me frustrated.

our villa featured spacious design with pale woods. cool stone touches added elegance. a solar-heated infinity pool seemed to melt into the sea. sunrise yoga was a great experience (the teacher was excellent).
