The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious with a beautiful view over the water. The beds were comfortable and the room was spotlessly clean.
The room was a bit noisy. I could hear neighbor's conversations through the walls and chairs scraping above. The noises continued through the night and started early morning, so it was a bit difficult to sleep well.

The breakfast location offered a view. It was fine.
The room felt quite small. I think the air conditioning struggled, I felt hot despite the unit running. The noise from the hallway was audible, sleep was difficult because of it.

the staff IS very friendly and helpful. they were attentive to our needs. the room was very clean and well laid out as a triple room. a coffee machine and water were available all the time.
the rooms are small. i could hear everything from the stairs. the noise isolation needs improvement. it impacted my sleep.

i found the staff helpful and cute. Breakfast had AMAZING views overlooking the water. The location was super convenient to public transportation and local attractions. the ferry terminal IS right there.
Sometimes, I had to wait a few minutes, specially during peak hours. this was ANNOYING.
