the location was amazing! all major tourist attractions were easily within walking distance, such a bonus. both the tramline and train line station were just steps away. i appreciated the excellent customer service from all staff members, especially the helpful local travel advice.
i found the room to be a bit small for a standard double. reception explained that double rooms had various sizes, mine being one of the smaller ones. this meant limited space for luggage and movement.

The rooms offered comfortable beds and individual air conditioning. This provided personalized climate control, which i valued. rooms also included a mini-fridge for personal use, very convenient. the daily cleaning service kept everything super clean!!!

the location was very central. it was close to many attractions. the staff was also friendly and helpful. i found the rooms to be reasonably sized.
the breakfast was not very varied. it was monotonous. the mini bar was empty. there were also not enough outlets near the beds.
