The location was acceptable. Everything was nearby.
The room was dark. it was like a cave with minimal lighting. the electronic blinds also glitched. They only worked after pressing the buttons randomly. constant hammering made sleeping past 8 am impossible

the room included automatic curtains and soundproof walls, i found this very practical. high-quality soaps were available. the modern, deep green decor was a nice touch! the location was indeed in the city center, shops, and restaurants.
the staff at times was somewhat disoriented when asked simple questions.

i experienced a wide variety of food for breakfast in the hotel! the breakfast provided a good spread. the fresh fruit and mini croissants were particularly noteworthy.

The location was central. It was a great starting point for exploring the area without climbing hills. The bed was super comfy. The breakfast selection seemed amazing to me.
The staff weren't super helpful. They looked very confused when asked about obtaining hot water. Most of the staff seemed focused on getting people into the bar. The hotel bit seemed a bit overlooked. The gym was quite dark. It also felt hot.

The room was very dark, needing more lighting, it was nearly impossible to put on makeup. The electronic blinds were glitchy. They worked after pressing the buttons randomly enough times. The shower lacked a curtain. The shower head was positioned at the back wall. The bathroom and part of the bedroom flooded when the water was turned on.
