the staff was helpful enough, i guess.
The noise was awful. the air conditioning unit hummed all night. the floorboards creaked so loudly. I was like i was disturbing other guests every time i moved.

this hotel offered a superb breakfast. I had a FULL english, cooked perfectly. The single bed was VERY comfy. The shower room sparkled, so fresh and clean.
the pillows were a bit hard for MY liking. I would have preferred something softer. Sadly, someone had used the toilet before we got in.

The dining room seemed nice with great food.
The bathroom lights flickered constantly, so I could not use them. I also heard snoring from the next room because the walls were so thin. The staff seemed less friendly when compared to other places I visited.
