The staff was genuinely friendly! The lady receptionist was especially superb and helpful. I felt very appreciated with my upgrade. Our group of cousins enjoyed the privacy of the Glass Room, we were able to chat and reminisce, it was wonderful!

I noticed that the staircase carpet is showing some wear, it's in a bit of poor condition.

The room was appointed very well, and it was also very super clean and cozy! I found the bed provided a good night's sleep. The bathroom was a good size and offered good value for money.

The hotel is located in the centre, and I could easily walk to the station. The hotel is opposite Boston Stomp. It is very convenient! I liked being able to walk to many places, it made exploring simple.

Balanced Stay Experience

The hotel has a large car park. It helped a lot. A friendly gentleman greeted us, and he helped us find our room. We received an upgrade, and the room was spacious and clean. I really appreciated the little extras. The breakfast was also good, with many pastries and cereal.

I stayed for three nights. The back of the hotel faces the car park, which got noisy when the nightclubs closed. It got very loud between 3 AM and 4:30 AM so I had little sleep. The fire door in my bedroom was locked, and no key was available.
