really good staff and clean rooms
quick check-in reservation assistance
The reception handled my check-in quickly. my bags arrived in my room within ten minutes. the room was clean. It had everything i needed! the concierge helped me quickly when i arrived from the taxi. they also assisted with reservations and taxi services.

Excellent stay in a well-located hotel
polite staff friendly staff excellent dinner convenient location
The staff were polite and friendly. Marcin in Concierge and Monika were especially helpful. I had lunch in the bar, it was super. Dinner in Glovers Alley was excellent. The location is also very convenient with parking.
I found the interior, though recently renovated, to be average. The style seems dated. There was no real sense of place. I think for the price, I expected a bit more character from this accommodation.

The hotel offers convenient proximity to the city center. It also offers parking facilities, that I found very useful. I also had the pleasure to enjoy lunch in the bar and dinner in the superb Glovers Alley.

I stayed in a Beautiful Room. I found it to be generally comfortable. I especially appreciated the quietness of the room, unexpected in the city center, though the carpet was worn, but beautiful!

The location is very central, and it allows easy access to main attractions. Grafton Street is nearby. St Stephen's Green is within walking distance of the hotel. It is very easy to reach it.

helpful staff complimentary water convenient location fresh pastries
I found the staff very helpful with directions. my room included complimentary water replenished daily. the location is convenient with easy access to shops. hotel staff booked a hop-on hop-off bus tour with a discount for me. the breakfast offered several options and fresh ingredients. I really liked the pastries.
I wish i had been informed about it beforehand.

The room had a nespresso machine, and cookies were available. the beds had chocolates for turndown service. i liked the home made cookies. They were a nice touch.

location was acceptable. it was near st stephen green.
the bar service was not good. i found the employees inexperienced, and my whiskey was served in a hot, wet glass. the bar appears to implement cost-saving measures.

A decent stay.
central location planned activities stephens green dismissive manager loud air conditioning poor wi-fi
The location was central for my planned activities. Shopping on Grafton Street was very close. St Stephen's Green Park was also steps away from the hotel.
The front office manager interrupted me repeatedly. He dismissed my concerns regarding loud air conditioning. He also dismissed concerns about poor Wi-Fi.
