The pillows were not comfortable. They were the worst i've ever experienced in a hotel stay.

The hotel features modern and well-equipped facilities. These made presentations easy. the gym seems a little small with limited equipment. i think the hotel would benefit from more modern exercise facilities.
Service

all staff were friendly and cute, i find this most important. karen provided excellent table service in the restaurant. daniel at the front desk offered very informative and insightful support during check in.
Rooms

Fantastic Stay with Great Amenities

underground parkingspacious lobbydark roomreasonable price
I found convenient underground parking, very handy! The lobby looked spacious with food and bar. My room was super dark once I closed the curtains, great for sleeping. I appreciated that the hotel organised a bus to and from an event for a reasonable price.
The gym is pretty old and not well maintained. This was a small disappointment.

Service

The staff are professional and friendly, so they offer great service. One staff member helped a guest in a wheelchair get out of a car and assisted her with dinner. Victor and Roisin assisted with storing medication. I appreciated that extra level of care.
