The staff was helpful arranging a taxi for me upon departure. the hotel felt okay all time upon my return after a night out. i appreciated the early check-in i was able to get. It was very neat too.
I was given a room without hot water available immediately from the tap. I had to wait. it was warm in the room. The air con blew out hot air.

the room was spacious and very clean . it was located at the back facing the park, so it was quiet. service to the room was handled very well.

Breakfast included a superb selection of items to choose from. i chose the afternoon tea option and can recommend it. The bar is also quite cosy. i did not eat other meals there so cannot comment.

the hotel has an ideal location and is close to many things to see. its quiet surroundings make it a good place to relax away from the city. several restaurants and coffee shops are a quick walk away.

the air conditioning was not easy to adjust, so it was difficult to cool the room.

i appreciated the location near the main shopping street it felt safe. the bar person tried his best to accommodate our dietary needs i was impressed. the atmosphere felt warm and cute staff were attentive it was wonderful.
the city pod rooms are on the lower ground floor the windows face street level. they seemed very expensive for what they offered.

The hotel is very conveniently located for city exploration. i found the outdoor patio attached to the restaurant lovely. alan, the concierge, was great. He was an absolute gent.
