Wonderful Stay!
really good food hot plates convenient location warm bathroom
The food was really good and served on hot plates, which I appreciated. The location suited my needs. I could easily walk to the Pavilion, the theatre, and the shopping area. I found plenty of tea, coffee, and plug points in the room! The bathroom was warm, which I always find a bonus.
Breakfast seemed to be leftover fruits and yoghurt which were past their best, a slight disappointment

The hotel provides convenient parking and it is close enough to the town centre to walk! The traditional staircase made a fantastic impression on arrival, showcasing the building's charm and character.

Breakfast offered a buffet-style continental selection and hot food made to order from a menuwith a good range of choices. The conservatory where breakfast and dinner were served created a lovely atmosphere.

All the staff I encountered were very pleasant, and nothing seemed too much trouble for them! The team was efficient and friendly. I was always greeted with a smile and prompt service.

I found the location perfect as it was near the town. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The bed in my room was super comfortable.
The television had poor signal. I tried to access the 'guide', but it showed 'no signal'. I was not able to reach reception by phone.

missing hook broken extractor
Breakfast was perfectly cooked. Service was friendly and prompt.
The bathroom had no hook to hang clothes. It looked like it had broken off from the door, but it was not replaced. The extractor fan in the bathroom did not activate unless the main bedroom light was on.
