the room was spacious and clean the bed was super comfortable the room was bright which was nice. The location was great the metro station was very close by. I was able to leave my luggage at the reception after checkout i took a walk without a suitcase.
the breakfast selection was limited there was not always enough food the refills were slow.

the room had enough space with a balcony and seating area. the location allowed walking distance to the center. the room was cleaned well daily. i found the bed comfortable.
i noticed the showers had water temperature fluctuations without adjusting faucets. the area rug looked matted. the hairdryer stopped working before i finished.

the hotel was in a very convenient location for exploring. the staff went out of their way to be helpful. they assisted with ordering rides and provided extra ice for my leg (i was charmed by their dedication). i really enjoyed the cinema history theme and the use of movie history names for the rooms.
the bathroom lacked a proper shower. the shower was inside a high-sided bathtub. this setup felt unsafe as stepping in and out was difficult.

I had a superior double room that was upgraded to a suite. the room was refreshed daily and quite clean. I also received a complimentary bottle of water. its proximity to liberdade avenue made it easy to access many shops.
during my visit the room lacked a kettle and cups. i had to request those to make tea. there was no restock after the first day.
