dirty carpetimpersonal check-in
i found the cleanliness lacking. there was some old popcorn under the bed and noticeable stains on the carpet, it wasn't nice. the shower leaked a lot, even when i put a towel down as they suggested. the check-in was pretty impersonal too. i just expected a bit more attention to detail.

I found Alex at reception very helpful. He efficiently stored my luggage prior to check-in. My room was spacious and the hotel's central location suited my needs perfectly. The price was excellent for the service received.
The room's thermostat looked centrally controlled. It did not allow me to adjust the temperature to my liking.

The breakfast buffet offered a good selection of items, including fresh fruit and pastries. I especially liked the variety of hot dishes available (the scrambled eggs were good). There was also a good selection of juices.

the tv provided a poor channel selection. furthermore the bathroom lacked toiletries. i expect better given previous experiences at similar establishments. the breakfast service struggled to keep items stocked.

The location was awesome! a short walk got me to the shops in the town centre and belfast city hall. i found plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. The grand opera house was practically next door! the room was a good size and so clean. I slept very well in the big firm bed.
honestly, the only tiny thing i could mention is that the staff had very little interaction, but it wasn't a problem at all!
