fantastic hotel near clarke quay!!!
great locationbreakfast buffet
i stayed five nights and loved every minute. the great location allowed easy access to transportation and nearby attractions. the included breakfast buffet had many options and outdoor seating by the river, very enjoyable.

the hotel is located within a ten minute walk to the mart transit and public bus outside the hotel door. a very easy walk to clarke quay along the river is possible. many restaurants are in the area!!!

the hotel sales manager and the banquet manager displayed excellent professionalism and support. they ensured every detail was well taken care of, and resulted in a smooth and stress-free experience. the banquet team delivered really good service during the event.

the room was larger than expected and had a nice view of the river. the staff were very friendly and efficient. the location was great, central, yet quiet. complimentary water, cola and toiletries were replenished daily.
the service is among the poorest i have experienced in any similar hotel. i found it quite a disappointment from not being able to book the right kind of room, to not focusing on fixing the issue, but looking for excuses.

I really enjoyed breakfast outside with a river view. It was a treat. complimentary fruit was available in the lobbies, as well as at the gym. It was a wonderful touch. i will definitely stay again.

the hotel has a good, central location. you are quickly in chinatown on foot. the location was great! i noticed a bus stop as you exit the hotel. havelock station was just a 5-minute walk.
