The host was very cute and offered helpful information about the area. The room had thoughtful additions , including hot chocolate and matching cups. The breakfast was delicious , and I particularly enjoyed the local black pudding.

The bedside lamp flickered slightly , it was a minor issue.

The breakfast was lovely. Plenty of choice existed. The king size room had a nice big bathroom, i liked that. It was also a quick five-minute walk into the town centre.

The rooms felt not great for the price we paid. The carpets seemed a bit mucky and dated, unfortunately. The lighting wasn't fantastic in the room.
