a warm stay
heavy bags extra hour
Staff was amazing. They carried our heavy bags up many stairs without any complaints. the room felt clean and well equipped for a month long travel through europe. i think the extra hour for check out was nice as we wanted enjoy bath at morning.

the room had adequate heating! the staff were very friendly. a beautiful bathroom was a plus, i found the room beautiful too.
the bedrooms were not large though everything you need is present.

a nice stay
warm welcome great food quiet room useful amenities
the welcome was warm upon arrival. food and drinks were great at the pub downstairs. my room was quiet. i also found the luxurious amenities very useful.
the lack of an elevator made carrying luggage up the stairs a bit difficult. (but george helped me with the suitcase)

the location is near kensington palace and gardens. it is within walking distance to underground stations. plenty of restaurants are also nearby, including dishoom.

the pub downstairs is amazing. the food is delicious and the bar is complete with local beers. hard ciders are also available.

the staff offered a complimentary drink upon arrival. suitcases were taken upstairs, a very nice touch. all staff members were friendly and helpful .

the room had a coffee and tea tray, convenient. there was artwork in the hallways. the provided water bottles were very welcome.
