adequate stay with some issues
clogged shower drainstreet noise
i found some aspects of my stay less than satisfactory. the shower drain was clogged causing water to pool. also, the provided towels felt quite rough and thin. i had expected better quality considering the price point. the noise from the street was noticeable and made it difficult to fall asleep early.

Nazeera and Mahmoud provided AMAZING service. They helped with our early check-in! The room was super comfy and clean. I cannot wait to return again. I will book it for my next trip to europe.

the location was acceptable for access to nearby attractions.
The bathroom was not properly cleaned. I found the basin's overflow had black dirt in it. also, neither the shower nor the basin drained correctly.

location was great for many restaurant choices. the underground station was so close, it help move around. the room was very clean and the bed, really comfortable. i enjoy the 20% discount at the Asador restaurant in hotel. our meal was tasty, also restaurant staff were nice.
ac wasnt working as expected. my room never cooled down. despite the ac running nonstop for six nights. the room had a very small duct. it was on top of one wall.

The room offered comfortable accommodations, meeting my expectations for a restful stay. I found the available tea and coffee facilities quite convenient too.
The blackout blinds did not completely block out the light, a minor inconvenience.
