The room was a good size and spotlessly clean. Staff members were very helpful . The dining experience included some of the best pub food I have had in a long while. The bar and restaurant staff were good at their jobs.
The room was not very warm because the air conditioning was only blowing out ambient air, with no radiators (I hope this can be easily fixed).

The room was quite cold upon arrival. the air conditioning unit didn't seem to produce much heat. breakfast felt expensive for the small portions. Even tea and coffee weren't included, really adding to the overall cost. a small portion size, expensive breakfast
