Fantastic Stay!

room upgrade great bath friendly staff convenient location
I was very happy with the room upgrade. The bath was great! Dinner and breakfast provided good food and drinks. The staff were friendly and helpful when contacted by email and phone. The location is convenient, near the M5, great for continuing journeys.
There was no comfortable seating in my room, only dining room chairs. No wardrobe was available for coats. The mirror was too high to do hair and make up comfortably.

Adequate Stay Overall

clean room fresh coffee spacious room uncomfortable seating missing curtains lounge area
The room was clean. Fresh coffee, milk, and cookies were provided, a nice touch. The room was also more spacious than I had expected. I found a useful notepad and pencil too.
The room lacked comfortable seating. There were only two dining room chairs in the room. I also noticed a lack of a comfortable lounge area in the bar. Net curtains were absent, leaving us completely exposed to the beer garden unless we closed the curtains.
