I found the location ideal for exploring. It was close to many attractions. The room had a kitchenette with a fridge, a microwave, and a sink. The smart tv let me stream movies from my tablet with easy wifi connection.
There was a noticeable gap under the door letting in light from the hallway.

The hotel did not have breakfast on site, but there were many cafes nearby. I enjoyed trying local pastries, and the hotel's central location made it simple to find a cafe that offered a delicious morning meal.

the kitchenette had a coffee maker and dish ware, very useful. rentable umbrellas were available in reception, very convenient for unexpected rain. the location was perfect, right on the royal mile, made exploring easy.
the lobby was a bit difficult to locate upon arrival.

The location of the hotel is excellent. I liked that the hotel is a short walk from the castle. The staff were very helpful and attentive . The room was also spacious and well-equipped.
The noise level was high due to the thin windows. I heard a lot of street noise throughout the night. The gym was quite small and lacked some equipment. there was no complimentary water in the room.

my time there was good. farida was especially kind and helpfull. she helped me a lot, was always smiling, and was willing to give me a hand with everything i asked. i could trust her.
i left my favorite jacket in a closet. i promptly e-mailed the hotel offering to pay for shipping. despite several attempts, no one ever responded.
