My luxury room had a complimentary bottle of champagne. It also included truffles, fruit, and cookies upon my arrival. I found the option to stream viewing to the tv from my phone to be a real plus.
the service felt a LITTLE slow, especially when trying to get my tea order in before leaving.

The Scottish breakfast was acceptable (the bacon was crispy).
I was disappointed by the slow service during afternoon tea. I never received my tea before we departed even after ordering it about 30 minutes prior. I also noticed a cracked teacup, and the table felt overcrowded with dishes not long after we finished with them.
i loved the warm welcome at the door plus the efficient room service the food was excellent well cooked and beautifully presented breakfast was equally good the hotel grounds are beautifully cared for. our bedroom was very well equipped and catered to all needs i found the staff friendly and efficient. streaming shows to the tv from our phones was easy.
the hotel has many steps and stairs i found it not proactively explained to me i only became aware of the options towards the end of my stay it was a minor inconvenience.

A Good Stay
amazing foodcomfortable suitedelicious breakfast
Our wedding dinner and overnight stay were wonderful. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was amazing and is still a topic of conversation. We stayed in the Franklin Suite. It was comfortable. Breakfast the following morning was served in our room. It was as delicious as the meal. Nothing seemed too much trouble.
There was a slight delay when ordering drinks in the reception area. I was offered a coffee, but it took 20 minutes to arrive (I almost made my own!).
Service

The staff members were friendly to our needs. They offered assistance with luggage upon arrival and were quick to respond to requests (which is always welcome). I noticed their genuine effort to ensure all guests felt welcome.

Location

The hotel's location is perfect. It is close to the city center, yet away from its hustle. The hotel is a short drive from the main attractions. I found it easy to access transportation and explore the area.
The staff worked with attention to detail. Everyone was friendly but also professional. We went for a Luxury Room and it met our expectations. It was very clean and also very comfortable.
The check out time was too early.
