i found the facilities beautiful. the room was spacious and immaculate. the private onsen area impressed me, i could adjust the temperature by asking the staff. i valued the convenient shuttle services and the lobby's complimentary drinks, including wine.

Excellent Kaiseki and private onsen

The rooms were large and clean. Kaiseki Dinners were some of the best i had from the years traveling to Japan and staying in Ryokans. The room size and layout, the private onsen, the main building architecture, the garden, the care around preparation of meals were literally fine dining. i was escorted to breakfast and dinner to my dedicated eating space

mixed experience, not worth the price

low english levelinadequate service
The service was not what i expected for the price. staff were polite, but they werent proactive or engaging. breakfast wasnt great either. It was ok but didnt justify the cost. i expected much better food for a ryokan at this price point. also, dont expect much english from the staff as there english level is very low.
