Serene and Relaxing Stay

The helpful staff were foreigner friendly, and spoke fluent English. The lounge and kitchen area were spacious with several free utilities. I liked that. Both onsens, outside and inside, were excellent. The location is good because a bus stop is right outside.

AN AMAZING STAY!

drip coffeekitchen equipmentwooden panel
I ADORED the common area, it made me want to spend days there. Onsens are lovely and I thoroughly enjoyed it, especially with such beautiful greenery around. Drip coffee is a nice touch and different types of teas were also there. The fact that they have all possible kitchen equipment you can think of is also AMAZING!
The dorm beds are built with wooden panels so you hear creaking and bumping noises CONSTANTLY. The dorm door closes automatically with a loud sound that even earplugs can't fully block, and it can be maddening. The location feels a bit isolated.
Service

The staff was foreigner friendly and English speaking, which helped a lot. The staff were very cute and helpful with any questions I had. They slowly used simple Japanese to communicate, being very patient and understanding.
Location
9/10
The location is good and there is a bus stop right outside the hotel for easy transport. The hotel is located a short distance from the bus stop, taking about one minute to walk. This made access to the area very convenient.
Facilities
10/10
Both onsens, outside and inside, were excellent. The lounge and kitchen area were spacious and clean with several utilities for free use. The common area had a big, well-equipped kitchen and there was free coffee, tea and shaved ice.

the public onsen was beautiful. it was spacious and clean with nice products to wash with. the stones and the mural were also beautiful i thought. the staff were super nice. you get more amenities that you need there.
one of the mattress were hard. i slept on a wooden bunk with a small mattress on top. the mattress were too small and soft, really. the location felt a bit isolated. to get anywhere, i had to walk directly on the road or take a bus.

Relaxing Stay with Great Amenities

equipped kitchenfree coffeecozy arealow tables
I found the kitchen very well-equipped. It has every single cooking utensil imaginable. i even saw a drip coffee set in the morning. coffee is free, and there is a selection of teas too. the common area is cozy. There is a japanese traditional area with low tables.
The dorm beds have wooden panels. I could hear creaking and bumping noises constantly. the dorm door closes automatically with a loud sound. even earplugs could not fully block it.
Rooms

The capsule was spacious, enough for a bag and suitcase. It even offered more space behind the pillow for clothes. multiple charging ports, including usb and sockets, are available, as well as a shelf plus a four-digit safe.
Facilities

The onsens are a highlight. The water has a natural smell that i expected. indoor and outdoor onsens are available, both gender-segregated. the outdoor one is smaller but had a most amazing atmosphere.
