the breakfast buffet had a variety of japanese and western food, including delicious pastries.

the room looked quite old with scuff marks on the wall. there were also chips in the wall and furniture, disappointing. the windows, especially in the spa area, needed cleaning. the tub itself required a deep clean on the outside (i noticed several white marks).

The public onsen was amazing and so relaxing. The buffet dinner had many delicious options. It was a great experience. The staff assisted with our luggage storage after checkout, and i REALLY appreciated this service. They were helpful .

The room felt a bit dated. Some updated furniture would definitely improve the experience.

the room felt old. it had scuff marks on the wall and chips in the furniture. the windows needed cleaning, especially in the spa area. the price was too high for the room's condition, i expected more for the cost. also, the staff seemed unfriendly and not very competent.
