a wonderful experience

helpful stafffriendly staffprivate onsen
i felt well cared for . the staff was very helpful and friendly. we were secluded from the other guests, so it almost was like we had the place to ourselves. the private onsen in our room had a relaxing and romantic mountain view.
the structure's service seemed very poor. it also felt uncooperative.

the staff was friendly and helpful, and i felt well taken care of.
i was disappointed that the temperature of the water was way too hot, set at 40 degrees celsius. adjusting it required a call to the front desk. dinner lacked options like tea or soda included, and refills were charged extra, a stingy touch for a luxury stay.

The private onsen was amazing. our room was spacious, clean, and had plenty of amenities. the staff were very friendly and helpful. They do provide a GREAT experience.
the AC was not turned on when i arrived. the room felt stuffy and humid. the water temperature was too hot. i think there should at least be the option of tea or soda included for dinner.

Traditional Japanese Hospitality

cute staffconsistent temperaturenice atmospherehumid room
I found the staff to be very cute. I received a drink while they checked me in. The onsen consistently kept a warm temperature. It meant I could enjoy it any time I wanted. The bar area with the aquarium created a nice atmosphere. I enjoyed several drinks there.
The AC was not turned on upon arrival. The room felt humid as a result. I needed to contact the front desk to have the temperature adjusted. The water temperature was initially too hot.

Dinner and breakfast provided the chance to sample Japanese dishes. I enjoyed the variety. The kaiseki course for dinner was in a private room. More and more food kept appearing.
