a wonderful experience
helpful staff friendly staff private onsen
i felt well cared for . the staff was very helpful and friendly. we were secluded from the other guests, so it almost seemed like we had the place to ourselves. the private onsen in our room had a relaxing and romantic mountain view.
the structure's service seemed very poor. it also felt uncooperative.

water temperature extra charges
the staff was friendly and helpful, and i felt well taken care of.
i was disappointed that the temperature of the water was way too hot, set at 40 degrees celsius. adjusting it required a call to the front desk. dinner lacked options like tea or soda included, and refills were charged extra, a stingy touch for a luxury stay.

private onsen friendly staff helpful staff stuffy room hot water dinner option
The private onsen was amazing. our room was spacious, clean, and had plenty of amenities. the staff were very friendly and helpful. They do provide a GREAT experience.
the AC was not turned on when i arrived. the room felt stuffy and humid. the water temperature was too hot. i think there should at least be the option of tea or soda included for dinner.
