front desk nice touch personalized notes cake counter chrome casting unresolved issue dinner coupon
The front desk escorted us directly to the check-in counter upon arrival. I found this touch very nice. Housekeeping left personalized notes with their names. The cake counter at La Braserie looked superb.
The TV did not work for chrome casting , which I expected as a basic feature. I called the concierge multiple times to get assistance , but the issue remained unresolved. The manager left a note apologizing for the bad experience , but I did not receive the promised dinner coupon even after one week.

rooftop bar relaxing vibe well-made drinks lift system mirrored wall shower base
i enjoyed the amazing rooftop bar. the views of the bay were great and created a relaxing vibe. the drinks were well-made and the atmosphere felt classy..
the lift system needs an upgrade as i noticed delays. my room also had large marks on the mirrored wall. i think the shower base needed recoating as well.

rooftop bar gorgeous view excellent service birthday cake
the rooftop bar next to the pool is super! the view is gorgeous, i loved the food, the music, and the vibes! kylar at lantern is very sweet and offers excellent service! i will come again for sure. the staff took nice photos and surprised us with a complimentary birthday cake. mk served us very well.
i noticed a very slight delay with the lift system , it requires a little upgrading to prevent wait times.

Fantastic Experience
tea recommendation bay view attentive needs excellent visit
The afternoon tea at The Landing Point was lovely. Carlo recommended the tea options promptly. Carlo offered to take a photograph with the Marina Bay view as the backdrop. It was attentive. I appreciated his attention to my needs . He excelled.
I observed that the service did not quite meet my expectations for a hotel of this class.
