The location is very convenient. I could easily walk to various shopping areas and restaurants nearby. the hotel was super clean. breakfast was AMAZING!!! they offered a great buffet with lots of fresh fruits and tasty options. the staff were very friendly and helpful!!!
the pool was smaller than expected. it's more like a plunge pool than a regular swimming pool.

the hotel offers easy access to the metro, a great way to navigate the area. it's also near many supermarkets, bars, cafes, and restaurants, all within a short ten-minute walk. taxis are readily available if needed.

the family room was spacious and very comfortable for a family of four, offering ample space for everyone. it had good air conditioning to keep us cool. the room included super soft towels and provided plenty of space to relax after a long day.

The rooftop sun area is fantastic. I enjoyed catching some rays and cooling down in the plunge pool. the hotel also has a gym with a few treadmills. all public areas were very clean and well maintained.

My stay lasted five nights. The location was convenient for reaching key attractions. I found it easy to walk to the Royal Palace and Plaza Mayor. The staff was helpful with directions and suggestions for local eateries. Breakfast offered a good selection each morning.
The hallways sometimes had noise from other guests. I could hear conversations and movement at night. This disruption made it difficult to sleep at times.

Luggage storage was available following checkout. One employee, in particular, displayed really good cheerfulness. This contributed to a positive experience, but other staff members did not show the same level of engagement.

The hotel location is very convenient. It is a few minutes' walk from Plaza Mayor. The staff is very friendly. Breakfast included a wide selection of fresh foods.
I think there wasn't a fan in the bathroom, and it smelled. The bed could have been more comfortable. The pool photos are misleading. About four bathtubs large and a little man asks which room as if its the deal of the century.
