rude receptionist awful bed
The location was acceptable. It was quite central.
the room was small and the bed was awful (i could feel every spring). i asked to change rooms since i was staying for a week, but the receptionist was rude and unhelpful.

great location perfect air conditioning
the hotel boasts a great location near many dining spots. it is easy to walk around! the staff i encountered were super friendly and helpful. the air conditioning in my room worked perfectly!

mixed feelings ABOUT this hotel
faulty air conditioning excessive street noise
the air conditioning BARELY worked, and the room became stuffy DURING the day. the street noise at night was a problem also. it. the old windows seemed to offer little insulation from THE sounds outside. i requested A quiet room, but it didnt help much.

I found the staff helpful at reception. Early check-in was accommodated with ease. The room had ample space and provided a comfortable atmosphere. Breakfast featured plentiful choices and delicious cooked-to-order options.
The room had a minor issue. The bathroom door was hard to close, it seemed to be warped a bit.
