convenient location helpful staff leafy street delicious breakfast
the location was very convenient, especially for visiting the prado museum. the buffet breakfast featured a leafy street view, which i found good. the staff were friendly and helpful, assisting me with printing some tickets. the hotel's cleanliness contributed to my overall satisfaction ..
the lack of a kettle in the room was slightly inconvenient, considering my preference for a morning coffee.

working air conditioner good pressure local restaurant
My room had a working air conditioner, important during warmer days. the shower had good water pressure and temperature control. I appreciated that. also, the staff helped me find a local restaurant after i asked for advice.
The gym was very small. There were limited machines and weights available, difficult to complete my usual workout routine.

the bed was like a soft cloud, i slept soundly each night. a restaurant within the hotel provided convenience for a relaxed sunday dinner. the location was fantastic, with access to key attractions. i appreciated the quietness of my room, despite the lively city surroundings.
the pillows were slightly smaller than i prefer, impacting my overall sleep comfort a little.

great location comfortable beds small room unwarm blanket
The location was good. Many tourist attractions were within walking distance. The beds had comfort. I found the room had more space than is typical in Europe.
The room felt small. The air conditioner didn't work for heating. I needed fresh air. I opened the balcony door and the blanket wasn't warm enough, so I felt cold during the night.

nice restaurant beautiful lobby unfriendly security coffee making
the hotel is close to the atocha train station and metro. i liked the nice restaurant and beautiful lobby area. i could easily have a drink or work there.
the security on the door was not friendly, he looked like an angry club bouncer. the room had no coffee making facilities, i think it is basic for a hotel of this standard.
