The location was good. Many tourist attractions were within walking distance. The beds had comfort. I found the room had more space than is typical in Europe.
The room felt small. The air conditioner didn't work for heating. I needed fresh air. I opened the balcony door and the blanket wasn't warm enough, so I felt cold during the night.

the hotel is close to the atocha train station and metro. i liked the nice restaurant and beautiful lobby area. i could easily have a drink or work there.
the security on the door was not friendly, he looked like an angry club bouncer. the room had no coffee making facilities, i think it is basic for a hotel of this standard.
