the location was amazing near times square. angelina's cafe is right in front, and junior's dinner is next door. broadway shows were just a short walk away. the restaurant view impressed me a lot. the lobby was active and conveniently had a grocery store.

the location is unbeatable i walked everywhere! the rooftop lounge is super cool with an awesome view. my room had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower which was fantastic. i had a corner room and it was surprisingly quiet.

The location was really convenient. It was close to amenities and only a block or two from the subway. The staff were helpful when I left my passport behind. They arranged for a taxi to bring it to me before my flight. I am really grateful for that.
The room had no coffee machine. I also noted there was no free breakfast, pool, or gym. It did not include a microwave, either. I needed to request these from the front desk, so that was an inconvenient process.
