The courtyard design eliminated long walks to my room. I found free parking on the premises. The hotel had attractive landscaping and garden maintenance. Access to town was an easy walk.
The blackout curtains let in a bit too much light.

Staff were friendly and helpful when issues arose. The breakfast lady shared hotel history. All staff including bar staff, housekeeping and reception were really friendly.

My room had good size and cleanliness. The room was cute and quirky. I appreciated the comfort, including everything needed for a weekend base. The room felt spacious.

The room included good facilities and a CLEAN environment. The freshly cooked breakfast offered tasty options to start the day. I found the staff to be friendly, especially alicia. The location near the race ground made event access EASY.

the location proved useful, close to both morrisons and the tram into the city center. parking was free throughout my stay which removed an extra stressor. i appreciated the quiet surroundings too..

The location was easily accessible. The staff provided friendly service. The breakfast was lovely and freshly cooked!!!
