The staff were very friendly and helpful upon arrival (i really appreciated their warm welcome). My room had a nice view. The food was delicious with great service, and wonderful flavors.
The carpet in my room looked dirty. My room was a bit small. I think it urgently needs an update. (i really expected more)

the hotel staff were very kind and caring! the plant-based food was delicious, probably the best i have ever had, and the rooms were fine with super comfy beds.
i experienced a small inconvenience regarding the room service . on one particular day, i had to locate someone to replenish coffee, tea, and milk in my room, it was a bit inconvenient.

The staff were accommodating, allowing me to book a specific table in a quiet area. they did everything to make me comfortable and safe. linda welcomed me warmly. I instantly felt right at home. the food was lovely.
There was quite a reliance on fake meat choices. It didn't put me off.
