wide selection very good breakfast personal touch
I enjoyed a very good breakfast with a wide selection! Harry provided great service. The chef, Sarah, described the afternoon tea items, a lovely, personal touch.
The dinner staff was a little slow.

adequate stay with drawbacks
outdated menu high prices
the room service experience was quite disappointing. i ordered a burger, the room service menu stated £18.50, but i was charged £24. apparently, they increased the price, but did not update the menu in the room.. then, a £3 delivery charge made the burger cost £30. upon questioning this, they refunded the overcharge, but then charged a £3 service fee for two drinks we had at the bar anyway. food and drink prices seemed very high for what it was.

A Wonderful Stay!
comfy room lovely grounds required facilities
The room was very comfy. It had all of facilities that I needed. The grounds were lovely for walking around. The staff also made sure I had everything I required.
I had a slight problem with the iPad at check in, which took longer than expected.
