mixed experience due to noise and cleanliness
street noise dirty towels
the location was quite central and provided easy access to many nearby attractions.
the noise from the street was excessive (even with earplugs provided). the apartment smelled of fish, not only in the living room and kitchen area, but also in the bedroom. staff moved me to another apartment, but it had black hairs on the fresh towels, along with a woodlouse on the floor. the chain lock on the door was broken, and there were marks on the walls.

The apartment location allowed easy access to many attractions. The apartment included a washing machine, which proved useful. I found the kitchen well-equipped with all necessary appliances.
The elevator made a slight noise at night.

excellent spot right in the city center
immaculate apartment prime location garden access
i was super thrilled with my stay the apartment was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated the location was unbeatable everything i wanted to see was just a short walk away i had access to queen street gardens such a cool perk i also appreciated that tesco was super close i could easily grab groceries
the door took a little bit to open using the portal and i kinda wish there was a way to manually lock it from the inside but it wasnt a huge deal

a tesco supermarket sits just a short five minute walk away making grocery shopping quick and convenient bus stops are really close too so getting around is super simple i definitely used that to my advantage

the apartment shone with cleanliness and featured tasteful decor it really added to the charm plus having access to the lovely queen street gardens was a total game changer making my stay even more special

i didn't have breakfast at the hotel but its location near that tesco meant stocking up on groceries was easy lots of dining options are super close i walked to many cute restaurants

separate lounge clean kitchen kind staff
the apartment was spacious with a separate lounge and kitchen area i found it super clean and recently refurbished the kitchen had everything i needed for cooking i appreciated the staff's kindness in returning a blazer i forgot
the curtain didn't close properly which disturbed my sleep

faulty plumbing incorrect wiring
the location was really great it was close to many main attractions and transport nearby.
the heating did not work one night it was chilly and i could not get help until morning i do not think this is good enough also the plumbing was wired incorrectly i ended up scalded when i turned the bathroom sink to what i thought was cold.
