a perfect stop on my glacier journey
wake-up call fresh options
i appreciated the wake-up call service provided for the northern lights. it allowed me to see the lights without needing to wait up all night. breakfast offered a diverse selection of fresh options, it suited my tastes perfectly.
the sauna was not working . it was an amenity i especially looked forward to using, it influenced my decision to pay more for this accommodation.

this hotel is quite close to diamond beach, this made sightseeing very convenient. it is near a waterfall that is only a five-minute walk, this allows for a quick nature escape. the hotel offers ample parking spaces, very useful when driving.

the front desk staff was excellent, they provided a smooth check-in process. i received a room upgrade to an ocean-view room, the experience was quite amazing. table service at the restaurant felt helpful, staff were very kind.

dinner at the hotel was great, it presented a good selection. breakfast provided a buffet, this was pretty good. the hotel bar offers a nice ambience and happy hour for local draft beers, the restaurant selection was decent.

Excellent Hotel with Aurora Wake-Up!
heated floor friendly staff aurora call
I appreciated the heated bathroom floor. It added comfort. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They provided excellent service, so that was something. The hotel offers an aurora wake-up call, just in case the lights appear. It was perfect since I wanted to see them.
The gym had only three cardio machines and a straight view into the pool area. Both spaces felt a bit awkward.

I appreciated the cod liver oil selection at breakfast. It was quite different. The room featured an ocean view that was good. I found the restaurant staff well trained.
The hotel is fairly basic but clean.

i found the included coffee maker useful , and i appreciated the provision of a kettle upon request. the sauna provided a tender warmth after a day of exploration. the staff demonstrated kindness , confirming road conditions before my departure.
my room overlooked the car park.

hotel decor cozy room
the hotel decor felt modern and trendy the sheep grazing outside added a unique touch i saw complimentary toiletries provided in the bathroom that's always a plus i also found the breakfast selection had plenty of variety. i appreciated the comfortable beds and the cozy room i had a good night's sleep. i also loved the spa with jacuzzi open late allowing me to unwind after a long day of exploring.
the room was a bit too warm and only a small window could open it didn't offer much ventilation.
