Excellent Hotel with Aurora Wake-Up!

I appreciated the heated bathroom floor. It added comfort. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They provided excellent service, so that was something. The hotel offers an aurora wake-up call, just in case the lights appear. It was perfect since I wanted to see them.
The gym had only three cardio machines and a straight view into the pool area. Both spaces felt a bit awkward.

The staff responded quickly to requests and provided helpful information. I noticed they were efficient and professional, so I was charmed by the service, but the waiters are nice.

I appreciated the cod liver oil selection at breakfast. It was quite different. The room featured an ocean view that was good. I found the restaurant staff well trained.

A Nice Stay
amazing breakfasthelpful servicesauna
The breakfast was amazing with diverse selections. We used their northern lights wake-up call service, so helpful, and witnessed the lights without waiting for hours.
The sauna was not working. It was something I was looking forward to. This was the reason I was willing to pay more than other accommodations.

The location provided convenient access to key attractions. The hotel is situated near Diamond Beach. It was very nice and allowed for quick trips to see the sights. I enjoyed this convenience .

i found the included coffee maker useful , and i appreciated the provision of a kettle upon request. the sauna provided a tender warmth after a day of exploration. the staff demonstrated kindness , confirming road conditions before my departure.

hotel decorcozy room
the hotel decor felt modern and trendy the sheep grazing outside added a unique touch i saw complimentary toiletries provided in the bathroom that's always a plus i also found the breakfast selection had plenty of variety. i appreciated the comfortable beds and the cozy room i had a good night's sleep. i also loved the spa with jacuzzi open late allowing me to unwind after a long day of exploring.
the room was a bit too warm and only a small window could open it didn't offer much ventilation.
