Mixed Feelings About This Stay
room uncleanliness late party
My stay had some serious issues. The room's cleanliness was not good. I found hairs in the bathroom upon arrival. The noise at night really bothered me. Parties went on until 3 AM. Sleep was difficult. This is not acceptable.

fantastic stay with great service
good breakfast good room excellent activities friendly staff
the breakfast and lunch options were really good in the main resto. our room was good. i found the range of activities excellent. staff were really friendly and helpful. they went out of their way to improve our experience.
some information on the website was inaccurate that i spotted. i did not get a concrete action from the management.

loud music difficult sleep
the reception staff were helpful and smiled often. the food tasted alright.
i was disappointed with the loud music. nightclubs operated from 10 p.m. ( loud). i could hear it no matter which room i was in. this made sleep very difficult (i needed earplugs).

comfortable bed multiple beach areas diverse restaurants
My room was a Gypster Room. The bed was large and comfortable. There were multiple beach areas, pools, and leisure facilities, preventing overcrowding (it felt spacious!). Restaurants offered pizza, burgers, and pasta for lunch and snacks.
Some staff asked or even insisted that you leave positive feedback immediately.
