Reasonable Stay
convenient location polite staff great restaurant high price lacking bathrobes dirty glasses
The hotel location facilitated access to the main train station. It was close for walking to attractions. The staff was polite. I found the restaurant great.
The price value ratio was off. Bathrobes were not provided for the spa area. The spa did not have a proper space to change clothes. I found dirty glasses from previous guests in my room and they were not changed during the day even when I left a note.

uneven experience, some issues
the staff proved helpful .
The room felt quite small. It was not what i expected from the pictures, and unpacking for two people was difficult. The limited space was disappointing.

surprisingly pleasant stay
great location helpful staff easy arrival
the location was great (a real plus). it was near the train station making arrival easy. the staff were helpful and friendly. i appreciated that the hotel stored my luggage after checkout. i also had dinner at the restaurant. the service was attentive.
the tv apps did not work, a minor inconvenience.

the hotel has a sauna. there is a play area designated for children, stocked with many toys offering hours of entertainment. parking is conveniently located just outside the hotel for easy access.

the hotel provides a breakfast with a quite good selection. i found the restaurant interiors to be nice. the restaurant is staffed by attentive people making the meal a charm.

The location was acceptable since it was close to the central station.
The air conditioning did not work. I was told it was a city issue. A fan was unavailable. That lack of air circulation was disappointing. The mini-fridge also did not get cold enough.

friendly staff convenient location really good service
The staff was really friendly and helpful! The hotel's location near the train station made travel easy (it was so convenient!). I also appreciated the delicious food and really good service at the hotel restaurant.
