the staff were really helpful especially the receptionist she had a big smile i asked her for extra pillows and she got them immediately the location is perfect close to the main landmarks i found the room well equipped and cozy it was a really happy experience. the hotel has a vending machine stocked with water beer and popcorn i thought this was very convenient. the hotel is in a good location close to restaurants and everything i needed.

we stayed for four nights and my room was not cleaned properly the floors and toilet were not cleaned the coffee and tea were not replenished it was disappointing for a 4 star hotel.

the room was quite spacious with a comfortable bed and a lovely mountain view i noticed a fresh water spring in the lobby which was convenient for filling water bottles. the shower had hot water and the room received daily service.

the hotel is situated at the edge of the historic centre i found the position excellent for accessing the train station the old town and various restaurants. it is close to many services parking is available next door.

the staff were attentive i experienced a very warm welcome they also provided an upgrade the breakfast buffet offered a tasty array of food and the breakfast service was very efficient.

the location was good, just a short walk to the center of town.

The air conditioning did not work. This made the room very uncomfortable. i spoke to the front desk, but they said there was a problem with the system. ALSO, the bar was quite loud at night, and this went on until around 6 in the morning.
