the room was huge. the comfy chair was useful. the visit from the ghost was a surprise to me.

the hotel rooms are small and there isn't a mini fridge.

i found the rooms recently renovated. breakfast was very good quality. it had a big comfortable bed plus a monsoon shower and modern bathroom. staff were very helpful and efficient at all times

wonderful stay

helpful staff great smile stocked vending machine

the staff were really helpful especially the receptionist she had a big smile i asked her for extra pillows and she got them immediately the location is perfect close to the main landmarks i found the room well equipped and cozy it was a really happy experience. the hotel has a vending machine stocked with water beer and popcorn i thought this was very convenient. the hotel is in a good location close to restaurants and everything i needed.

we stayed for four nights and my room was not cleaned properly the floors and toilet were not cleaned the coffee and tea were not replenished it was disappointing for a 4 star hotel.

the room was quite spacious with a comfortable bed and a lovely mountain view i noticed a fresh water spring in the lobby which was convenient for filling water bottles. the shower had hot water and the room received daily service.

the hotel is situated at the edge of the historic centre i found the position excellent for accessing the train station the old town and various restaurants. it is close to many services parking is available next door.

mixed feelings at this hotel

non-functional air conditioning loud bar

the location was good, just a short walk to the center of town.

The air conditioning did not work. This made the room very uncomfortable. i spoke to the front desk, but they said there was a problem with the system. ALSO, the bar was quite loud at night, and this went on until around 6 in the morning.
