The staff was so friendly and helpful. They elevated the experience. I discovered the room was quiet, nice for restful nights. I really enjoyed the convenience of the steam bath available upon request! The neighborhood felt safe and inviting, with great amenities close by.
The room's fan did not work to its full potential. I think it definitely needs an upgrade or maintenance.

amazing breakfast and location

i found the location super convenient, near kurfürstendamm street and the s-bahn station. it was a short s-bahn ride from the central train station. the breakfast! wow! the coffee, brewed by a barista with an italian machine, was stellar and i loved the homemade baked goods plus the varied freshly prepared dishes. the value was really amazing
the light above the sink did not work. the water pressure was not very good when i tried to use hot water.

The hotel is near kurfürstendamm street. it is also a 12-minute walk from the s-bahn station savignyplatz. the journey to the central train station takes around 15 minutes using the s-bahn. That was convenient.

breakfast included a barista, it used an italian coffee machine. there were also homemade bakery products. a wide variety of freshly prepared dishes replaced store-bought items, i found that very pleasing.

the staff helped me store my baggage. i was able to check-in after 15:00. i did appreciate their gentle approach to customers. it was perfect

the room included a very comfortable bed. there was enough space for me and my luggage. everything was clean, but the shower had a curtain instead of a glass panel. i felt that was ok.
