Comfortable Stay in Central Location

The hotel's location is excellent. It is very close to the downtown area. Breakfast was good with a decent selection. The staff brought a pre-dawn meal to my room each morning. I appreciated this during Ramadan. The bed was comfortable, and the shower had good water pressure.

The WiFi connection was inconsistent. I found it difficult to maintain a stable connection throughout my stay. This was a significant inconvenience.

The receptionists Khalid and Hafid provided a warm welcome. Their helpful attitude and constant availability enhanced my stay. The kitchen staff were kind. They served every meal with a smile.

the staff demonstrated great friendliness. all of them were quite cheerful and helpful. breakfast was adequate for a 3-star hotel. the attitude of the employees was very good.

the air conditioning was quite loud during operation. the bath towel provided was very small. the shower was handheld inside the bathtub, a minor inconvenience.
