Really good stay in the Medina

The building is beautiful and well maintained (it really does feel like stepping back in time). The staff were helpful. I had a question and they assisted immediately. Breakfast was great, with a decent variety. The courtyard is gorgeous.
Taxis cannot reach the entrance, so I had a short walk over the stone paths.

i found the staff very helpful . they were very accommodating to my needs. the room decor enhanced my experience, showcasing the local artistry.
I experienced an issue with the shower. The water pressure made washing hair difficult. the breakfast was also just mediocre.

Mixed experience at a Medina hotel
subpar cleaningunsafe area
My stay had some issues. The room cleaning was subpar, I found a COCKROACH that remained even after being killed. the area felt unsafe at night. Arriving after dark was NOT ideal. I had to walk a distance to reach the entrance, a serious inconvenience.
